Crown-fuel Consumption (CC) Severe Areas where the canopy has been completely burnt out and charred organic matter and ash have covered the soil surface.
Foliage Necrosis (FN) Mild Areas where the canopy is partially burned and more than 60% of canopy is degraded by thermal radiation.
Surface-fuel Consumption (SC) Light Areas where more than 60% of the canopy survived, surface fuel and lower vegetation were all burned.
Unburned (UB) Control Areas unaffected by wildfire
